Hi, I'm Tatyana — and I Don't Do Fairy Tales.

A professional woman with brown hair styled back, wearing a dark teal blazer over a black top, looking confidently at the camera with a slight smile.

I spent 25 years in medicine watching the same thing happen to women. They'd come in frustrated — gaining weight, exhausted, not sleeping, hungry in a way that didn't make sense — and leave with a pat on the head and "just eat less and move more." As if they hadn't already tried that. As if biology took requests.

That's not care. That's dismissal with a copay.

I built Time Kapsule for those women — the ones whose bodies changed in midlife and who were tired of being told it was their fault. I wanted to build the kind of practice I'd actually send my own friends to: modern medicine, real supervision, and someone who tells you the truth.

What I believe

  • Weight in midlife is a medical issue, not a moral one.

  • Your hormones, metabolism, and muscle changed — so the plan should change with them, instead of blaming your willpower.

  • Modern medicine, including GLP‑1 medication, earns its place when it's used properly and supervised by someone who actually knows you.

  • You deserve the honest version — even when it's less exciting than whatever the internet is selling this week.

No fairy tales. No detox teas. No shame.

My background

I'm a registered nurse with 25 years in clinical medicine, including obstetrics and gynecology — which means I've spent a career paying close attention to women's bodies through every hormonal season. On top of that, I hold advanced training in functional and integrative medicine and certification in peptide therapy.

What it adds up to in practice: I look at the whole picture — hormones, sleep, stress, gut, metabolism, muscle, inflammation — instead of one number on a scale or a single lab read out of context.

Real medicine means real oversight

Medical weight loss is exactly that — medicine. So the prescriptions in our programs are issued by our collaborating physician, Dr. Crystal Broussard, MD, after a proper evaluation. That means the care you receive is genuinely supervised — not a checkout button with a drug attached.

Dr. Broussard is a board‑certified physician whose focus is metabolic health, healthy aging, and women's medicine. She reviews patients, oversees prescribing, and makes sure every plan is medically appropriate and grounded in evidence — using established approaches and an honest read of what the science does and doesn't support.

Who I help

I work with women 35 and older who are done being dismissed — navigating perimenopause, menopause, stubborn weight, low energy, and the noise around GLP‑1s and longevity. Women who want a clinician and a straight answer, not an influencer with a discount code.

If that's you, you're in the right place.

Let's talk

If this is the kind of care you've been looking for, the next step is a simple, honest conversation.
